Mengapa harus dibuat jus? Pertanyaan ini sangat beralasan. Seorang teman dari Belanda, Ovra, suatu hari diajak makan siang di suatu restoran. Saat memesan minuman sebagian besar memilih minuman jus, sementara sebagian memilih bersoda, \u00a0Ovra hanya minta air mineral biasa. Minumanpun siap tersaji, Ovra senyum-senyum keheranan.
